A gorgeous gemmy and lustrous 12cm barite from the all-time classic locality of Frizington in the West Cumberland Iron Field of Cumbria, England. This piece likely dates to the mid-1800s, and is in overall good condition for its age and size. Very gemmy and clear at the top – this is a great example of a UK classic.
