A Tsumeb rarity, cuprian aragonite is a wonderful variety from this iconic mine. Most of the aragonite you see from Tsumeb is lead-baring (Tarnowitzite), but copper-bearing examples such as this are much less common. This is a beautiful large specimen of light-blue Cuprian Aragonite, with great color and interesting, almost botryoidal, parallel-growth crystals. Classic!
