Collector’s EdgeFeatured
A great Mexican example of mimetite and calcite from the Potosi Mine in the Santa Eulalia District of Chihuahua, Mexico. Potosi Mine is a lead-silver-zinc that has recently been known for its rhodochrosite specimens. This neat piece features lustrous mimetite crystals atop zoned calcite. A nice combo somewhat reminiscent of something you’d see from Tsumeb.
