A classic large thumbnail Native Gold in Quartz specimen from the famous Kalgoorlie-Boulder Shire gold mining district in Western Australia. This specimen has the look of age to it, with 'dirty' white Milky Quartz and a slightly rounded patch of rich Native Gold exposed. The Native Gold, which is very deep golden yellow in colour, covers an area 6 x 2 mm in extent within the Milky Quartz. Ex David Hardman collection.
