Classic, naturally flat 'leaf' Native Gold from the famous Roşia Montană deposit in Romania, known since pre-Roman times. It is off-matrix, but matrix specimens typically retail in the high thousands, so this piece is a good opportunity if you wish to own a Gold from the old-time classic European locality but don't wish to break the bank. Weighing in at 2 g this piece has a hackly texture to it.
