Halite
The mineral Halite is simply salt (that's right, the same salt that you have on your dining table) that has crystallized naturally. In fact, the Wieliczka Mine in Poland produced consumer table salt from the 13th century all the way to 2007, making it one of the oldest salt mines in the entire world. As such, it is now considered a UNESCO World Heritage Site, drawing in thousands of visitors every year. This alone would make this specimen highly collectible, but even if you didn't know the history, the sheer quality of the crystals alone do! These massive, massive cubes are in incredible condition and are remarkably transparent, like frozen ice cubes. This kind of material, especially in the size and quality represented here, is exceedingly rare. One wouldn't think of table salt as a collectible mineral, but when it's this good, there's no question about it.
