An extremely showy large-cabinet Scolecite specimen that showcases the allure and delicate splendor of this incredible Zeolite mineral, one of the many found in India's expansive basalt fields. There are two major sprays, with crystals growing out from their origin points to blossom into incredibly beautiful and dynamic blooms of Scolecite. Each of the crystals are wonderfully terminated. Each Scolecite crystal has a great luster and a translucent white color, with warm peach undertones. The matrix features many Stilbite bowties, which are essentially doubly-terminated crystals that are modified by macromosaicism.
