A spectacular Sulphur specimen from Baja California that is riddled with gemmy Sulphur crystals (up to 1.9 centimeters), which have an incredibly bright canary-yellow color that nicely contrasts a Gypsum matrix. Just about every crystal is highly lustrous and has a textbook pyramidal, or di-pyramidal habit modified with a small number of sharply beveled edges. Additional Sulphur crystals are tucked inside the small pocket at the center of the specimen's front side. Under shortwave UV light, the Gypsum fluoresces a white hue. This piece comes with a custom acrylic base.
