A superbly equant and razor-sharp pair of maple twinned diamond crystals. With a growing cut diamond industry, it has become harder and harder to find crystallized examples of diamonds, even more so when they have the rare macle twinning to them. This is a nice pair of two similarly sized macles, both with limpid transparency and adamantine luster that is just hard to beat: good as specimens or as a matched set for jewelry. From a small parcel of surprisingly good Canadian material! 0.26 ct, 5.20 x 4.65 x 1.28 mm and 0.18 ct, 4.54 x 3.90 x 1.19 mm.
