This distinctive and very attractive 'bubbly' Mimetite comes from the legendary one-time find at San Pedro Corralitos made in 1968/1969. It is miniature in size but is very beautiful and in incredible condition with just the very lightest of surface scuffs. The botryoidal growths of Mimetite have the wonderful classic silky lustre and intense yellow-orange colour so famed from that find and sit upon a thin layer of rusty orange gossany matrix. It is a wonderfully well-balanced specimen displaying both fine colour and form.
