A deep murky green Duftite encrusted matrix hosts many contrasting large glossy colourless to creamy-white Calcite crystals. This combination is classic Tsumeb mine, but rather than Duftite coating Calcite this Calcite is glassy, inclusion-free, and extremely gemmy. The Calcite crystals display an unusual equant crystal form, with areas of aggregated, stacked crystals, but also individuals that display superb sharp crystal faces. The Calcite crystals are in excellent condition and the way the specimen 'flows' gives it fine character. The largest Calcite crystals reach over 1.5 cm across.
