The Ray mine is well known for producing some of the best chrysocolla specimens available in the USA. This particular specimen features bright teal grading to green bubbles of botryoidal chrysocolla sparkle with a druze of some unknown species perhaps quartz. Overall a great specimen from a classic locality.
