Colorless translucent semi lustrous scalenohedral crystals of calcite measuring to 5.3 cm in height across the front of this matrix. Some damage is present as seen. The crystals exhibit fluorescence under longwave ultraviolet light. Neat locality example for the species. One of the crystals exhibits twinning.
