Wire transfers available, to set up
A quite long and characterful specimen of Native Copper from the lesser seen Trimountain No.2 mine, Trimountain, Adams Township, Houghton County, Michigan. A later starter than many, Trimountain mine worked from 1899 through until 1923, producing 144 million lbs (65,000 tons) of refined copper metal. This very rich mass of Native Copper displays a fine bright metallic lustre and classic copper metal colour. Ex David Hardman collection, no. 279.
