Yindu Mine in far northern China has recently put out a variety of endlessly beautiful and strange fluorite growths, but the combination of purple and green phantoms such as you see here is particularly notable and unique to this locality. The specimen features complexly zoned crystals to 2.7 cm, well formed and with great display. They are draped by an overhanging blanket of white calcite, and contrasted at the bottom by sparkling muscovite mica. This is a fine piece of unusual quality which probably came out in the years 2020-2022.
