This is not your basic, everyday California gold that has gold in representational quality! This is a specimen with sharp crystals to nearly 1 cm, of the highest luster - and a purity that is so high, it leads to a color so rich and pure compared to most gold specimens. It is extremely elegant, sparkly, and a full thumbnail in size with just the right balance on a small bit of matrix. Complete all around. The brightness is so intense, it is like gold-colored foil.
