Gemmy, glassy, and lustrous, this classic and modern Shigar aquamarine crystal features a sharp and flat termination with an interesting nearly-achroic zone at the top few millimeters at the termination. A pleasing color of classic material, transparent enough to read through, and an internal veil shows some rainbow reflections, as well! There's only very slight chatter on some of the edges of the termination, which is broad and dramatic relative to the crystal size and so this is acceptable as this is overall very trivial damage on this beautiful beryl crystal. The mass is 99 grams.
