Isolated fluorite crystals to just under 1 cm on average feature incredibly sharp phantoms on this beautiful plate from a COVID-era Chinese find. They are nicely isolated upon this sparkling quartz matrix plate, whereas most from the pocket were carpets or jumbles, and so this has a different and sharper aesthetic to it. Despite decades of mining here, this was a new style, that came out in a large single pocket of early 2020. While many came out, most had damage or bad aesthetics, and we selected only a few very fine specimens to present to you, emphasizing display angles that show the sharp phantoms within.
