A stunning gold specimen form the most shocking gold finds of the last few years, a treasure trove hit in Morocco just before 2020. These sharp crystals are elongated spinel twinned gold crystals, of huge size for such quality! This sharp, doubly terminated twin runs through the matrix, which encloses its base like a ballerina's dress, and is 4.7 cm from tip to tip. It is simply an EXQUISITE miniature, which really stands out from most in the find because it has matrix, and has such balance in the size range. The whole piece is actually a floater, complete all around. This is a significant example from the find, unusually sturdy and robust - not the biggest or the longest, but one of the best.
