This splendid Zircon has sharp tetragonal form with a perfect pyramidal termination and is nearly transparent. Like the other Zircons we've listed from the Larson Burma collection, this one exhibits good gemminess, glassy luster, sublime yellow-green color and textbook form. It's a stout, super sharp, mostly gem Zircon thumbnail crystal measuring 1.5 cm tall with an unusual 1.2 cm square outline when you look from above. This zirconium silicate crystal has a mass of 7.63 grams. If the color, luster and clarity aren't enough, it also fluoresces a vibrant yellow in short wave UV and a subtle orange in long wave UV. It is a competitive-level thumbnail of the species for size, color, gemminess, and location.
