Very reminiscent of the Italian Smithsonites from the 1800s, these bright yellow Cadmium-bearing Smithsonites are from a new find at an old, classic Chinese locality. These Chinese specimens with their fantastic lemon-yellow color, flowing botryoidal forms and the superb luster puts them among the best of their kind ever found. Trimmed down from a larger piece to maximize the aesthetic, this Smithsonite has a full coverage of botryoidal, cadmium-bearing crystals with a superb luster. It is not perfect, as there's one ding on the display side, but overall it is still a great new Smithsonite from China at an affordable price.
