Classic pink spherical shaped crystal grouping of calcite with minor hematite on the backside. Incredibly fluorescent red under longwave ultraviolet light. This is in terrific condition. This mine closed in 1962, these are rarely seen available on the market today. The specimen is figured in The Mineralogical Record, January, February, 2024, page 98, figure 31. This was displayed at the Denver 1997 show, the Denver 2023 show, the Tucson 2017 show, and the East Coast show 2018.
