A great miniature displaying abundant, pearly pink, cleavage aggregates of molybdophyllite with liberal amounts of disseminated, well-formed, <0.5 mm, black-gray, pseudo-octahedrons of hausmannite. Molybdophyllite is a rare and complex lead magnesium silicate-carbonate hydrate. This piece is from the Ramen workings, Langban mine, Filipstad, Varmland, Sweden. Ex. Paulo Matioli and Swedish Museum of Natural History collections with labels.
