Glassy and lustrous, golden-yellow acicular Mimetite crystals are richly scattered over a granular grey and brick-red matrix from the Tsumeb mine in Namibia. The Mimetite forms hexagonal, slightly barrel-shaped elongated crystals which range from micro to a little over 1 cm long. A typical Tsumeb Mimetite of fine colour and good for display.
