Description
Classic old German location specimen from the Schneckenstein Cliff for many years off-limits to collectors. Several well formed characteristically pastel yellow gemmy to translucent crystals of Topaz measuring to 1.6cm. Are seen amongst crystals of Quartz, with sparsely scattered black micro-crystals of Rutile, on a banded Greisen rock matrix.
