Lustrous white crystals of Tarnowitzite, the lead-rich variety of Aragonite, measuring to nearly 1 cm form a radiating hedgehog-like cluster at one end of the specimen. This is rather unusually associated with micro-crystalline blue Azurite on a vuggy Dolomitic matrix mixed with massive granular Tarnowitzite. A terrific miniature from the world famous Tsumeb mine in the Oshikoto Region of Namibia, accompanied with a Dr Walter Siegl label.
