Classic specimen of the Plumbian variety of Aragonite, Tanowitzite, from probably the best location for the variety. The crystals of Tarnowitzite form sub-parallel groups of terminated crystals, measuring to 2cm. The crystals themselves possess a creamy, pale yellow body colour with snow white terminations, and have formed on a matrix of green Malachite and yellow-green Duftite. A fine specimen from the Tsumeb Mine, Namibia.
