A rich miniature, with a core of dark matrix, completely hidden by an enveloping overgrowth of drusy colourless Willemite crystals of high lustre, from Tsumeb. Many areas of the Willemite are tinted bright tangerine and the top surface is encrusted with crisp, glassy white rhombohedral Calcite crystals. In SWUV the Willemite fluoresces dull burnt orange and the Calcite crystals, a ghostly pale lemon; there is no fluorescence in LWUV. A great Tsumeb Willemite.
