Well formed crystals of Scheelite from the Pingwu Beryl Mine, Sichuan Province, China. Lustrous orange-yellow-brown pseudo-octahedral Scheelite crystals measure to 3.5cm arranged across the 'top' of the specimen. On a well-developed druse of thin platy silvery Muscovite crystals with a later deposition of intergrown acute rhombic crystals creamy-white Calcite crystals. An attractive arrangement of Scheelite crystals, with the usual blue-white fluorescence under short wave UV.
