A fine combination specimen from the Blackdene Mine, Co. Durham, England. Bright metallic yellow crystals of Chalcopyrite measuring to around 2mm, are seen to richly cover large areas on light purple-white crystals of Fluorite. Metallic grey inter grown cubo-octahedral crystals of Galena are in association. The main Galena crystal has developed as a partial hopper habit, with an inter grown crystal cluster of light metallic yellow cubic Pyrite. A great combo specimen from Blackdene Mine.
