A splendid, perfectly terminated, large, translucent, greyish-honey single Calcite crystal measuring 7.2 x 7.0 x 4.0 cm from Ladywash mine at Eyam in Derbyshire, England. The crystal stands at an angle on a thin platy Calcite matrix, the underside of which is coated in tiny, partly iridescent, cubic Fluorite crystals. A very fine and showy Ladywash Calcite.
