Description
A rare and beautiful acicular Aragonite from the little-known occurrence at Maria Alm, west of Salzburg in Austria. An approximately 3.5 cm diameter, three-dimensional spray of delicate colourless Aragonite crystals forms a snow-white sphere, perched on top of a highly brecciated tan matrix. This is a beautiful specimen, although one which must be handled with great care due to its delicacy.
