NATIVE Bismuth$450.00

Wire transfers available, to set up
Spots and small areas of pinkish metallic Native Bismuth are dispersed through metallic grey Safflorite with minor pink Erythrite and Quartz. This rich and heavy miniature is from the famous Cobalt Lode, one of several ENE-trending lodes worked by Wheal Sparnon at Redruth in Cornwall. The surface works of Wheal Sparnon were close to the centre of Redruth; now the site is long since completely built over, lying between the confluence of Falmouth Road and Clinton Road. Underground, the mine lay directly beneath Redruth’s town centre and is probably Cornwall’s most famous occurrence of Native Bismuth.
