A rare tri-coloured Fluorite from the Blackdene Mine, Weardale. Crystals of Fluorite measuring to 2.5cm form a terrific group, displaying a three colour combination starting with a green crystal phantom core, followed by thin zones of purple over grown by a colourless zone. Colourless-white bright inter grown crystals of Calcite preferentially coat some Fluorite faces. A fine Fluorite specimen from the mine.
