Tucson, Arizona, USAA very rich Mimetite from 5 Level at the Tsumeb mine in Namibia, displaying two generations of crystallisation. Covering all sides of a mottled cream, tan and pinkish Dolomitic matrix, first generation pale lemon, 1 to 2 mm Mimetite crystals are overgrown by much stouter and lustrous, mustard-lemon crystals to 8 mm. A patch of acicular pale green Smithsonite crystals covers an area on the back of this attractive Mimetite from Tsumeb.
