Vertically perched on matrix are several sharply crystallized calcites that are glassy and partially gemmy especially near their terminations. The largest crystal measures 3.2 cm in length. HIGHLY unusual for Tsumeb, one is skeptical at first but the matrix is "Tsumeby" and Shields did his homework and knew the mine well. An unusual locality piece!
