Old German classic from the silver mining era, and probably 200-plus years old! Lustrous and partially gemmy, this colorless calcite specimen features stacked rhombohedrons that form a lovely curved specimen. The specimen appears to be doubly terminated, which combined with the unusual form, makes this specimen unusual and fine. It is from the Herb Obodda collection, and before that the famed Mary and Gardner Miller Calcite collection, with labels.
