Classic Cavradi Hematites are bladed, so finding Hematites from there that are more equant, let alone more complex, is a rare treat. These cavernous Hematites rest on Quartz, and the largest crystal is slightly over 2 cm across. The faces have very good metallic luster, and they range in form from squares to diamonds to elongated hexagons. There is even some iridescence and some striations, which add beauty and interest. This would be a fascinating Hematite under any circumstance, but being from Cavradi, and unusual, adds even more allure to this combination small cab. Ex WF Davidson in 1955 to Scott Williams, to Kay in 1962
