A very large, very rich and very colorful Chinese hemimorphite that stands out among a thousand pieces I have seen over the years at shows in China, where I routinely buy the material myself from the miners, directly. Mounds of beautiful blue hemimorphite botryoids composed of tiny, sparkling crystals completely cover much of this exceptional cabinet piece! The sky blue hemispheres range from 5 mm to 2 cm across and vary in color from pale blue to medium sky blue with good to very good color saturation. Displays very well on a custom engraved acrylic base. SUPERB luster and sparkle make this leap out. It is undamaged and complete.
