A sharp, very gemmy and glassy, tapered Calcite rhomb is the centerpiece of this specimen and is embellished with a small cluster of white Stilbite and green Fluorapophyllite crystals. The stunning, light amber colored Calcite crystal measures 6.2 cm and is beautifully accented at its base by a small cluster of pearly white Stilbite blades intergrown with a few mint green Fluorapophyllite crystals. Crystals of both species are about 2 cm in length. Transparency of the Calcite is exceptional. This is a very showy combination specimen from Jalgaon with great balance and aesthetics. Subtle and "cute" in a way that other Indian calcites are not, maybe because it has a rounded look to it. Regardless, it is different, and different is good in collecting common species!
