Calcite with this rich, intense, neon pink color started coming out of Morocco, much to everybody's surprise, in the mid 2000s. It got better and better and then ....graded down in color and quality to very little modern production. This is the killer color, lustrous wet look, superb form of the production at its best, with a wonderful knob of crystals, complete all around. It is a very high level example for the size. The camera simply cannot pick up the true beauty of the neon pink hue - it is better in person.
