A very rich specimen chock-covered with a thick carpet of plumbogummite that completely carpets an earlier growth of mimetite, and shows the partial alteration of the mimetite to plumbogummite in "fingers." There is only very minor, almost trivial, bruising to a few small points on the face. The texture is very velvety and attractive. This is one of the largest intact specimens recovered, and is among our largest specimens. It is a phenomenally rich piece that has more plumbogummite on it than probably all other old English plumbogummites in private collections, combined. This is a very rare mineral after all!
