Highlighted by a stout, glassy and gemmy, rich purple amethyst crystal, measuring 4.1 cm in length, this cluster is representative of the best color and clarity of the these classic Mexican amethyst crystals. t is just a particularly fine example in the size class, as a small miniature, and really slightly different in style from modern production here. The crystals stand straight up , instead of the usual zigs and zags of most such specimens.
