An amazing "laser aqua" crystal that is completely gemmy, and doubly-terminated. It is complete, without repairs, and a rare survivor from old finds of the 1970s or before. It came into the large beryl and aquamarine collection on display in Pala Intl by the 1970s, when Peter Bancroft worked for them, and has remained there ever since. This is a historic style of classic Brazilian aquamarine, of the famous seafoam blue color. Most such crystals were cut, and to see an intact crystal of this size, gemmy, and doubly-terminated, is very very uncommon outside of a major old museum collection. 87 grams.
