This is a sky-blue, glassy lustered, gem Aquamarine trio from the famous (but very hard to access) pegmatites in Vietnam. The three, parallel growth, component crystals are of differing dimensions like a miniature crystalline high-rise. The color is very good and all three crystals are completely transparent with lengths of 2.5, 3.0, and 4.2 cm. This elegant, cityscape cluster of vertical crystals is complete all-around, 360 degrees with only a couple of internal fractures. There is a fourth, poorly developed crystal that is perceptible but is not terminated. The three crystals have nicely tapered, pyramidal terminations characteristic of many Vietnamese Aquas and this is, overall, an exceptional cluster. Found in 2019.
