HUNDREDS of elongated mimetite crystals stand out on this specimen, with the lustrous yellow/caramel crystals distributed very evenly over the entire specimen, though with the largest near the base. Aesthetic, and from a major mine for the species to be sure; but beyond that this is subtly more important in that it has CRYSTALLIZED MIMETITE and if you think about it, most all of the mims from this part of mexico that you see are botryoidal. 13.5 x 9.6 x 3.5 cm
