Some of the best contemporary Aquamarine specimens are those from Erongo. Not only is the quality superb on many of these Aqua specimens, but the associations can make for some really stellar specimens. This piece features a doubly-terminated, razor sharp, highly lustrous, gem/gemmy deep blue color Aquamarine crystal of significant size from this prolific locality. It is associated with minor white Feldspar in areas. A very good specimen for size and color, but the fact that it is doubly-terminated makes it that much more special. Ex. Kosnar Collection.
