A very colorful, choice cluster of golden Calcites that radiate atop a matrix of small Fluorites, plus Baryte. The sharp scalenohedrons are quite gemmy, and the luster is very good. The main Calcite crystal is 3.6 cm, and save for one slightly chipped edge, the crystals in the main cluster are in excellent condition. There is contacting, of course, on the perimeter. I really do like the aesthetics of this piece. This is a quality small cab from Cave-in-Rock. Mined in 1993. RCL 1400
