A ONCE IN A LIFETIME FIND, never repeated, since 1969, these juicy rounded mimetite specimens remain classics, and unique specimens compared to others of the species. Quality today is determined by the saturation of color and the sparkliness of the lustrous surface (or not) - both features that are in top form, here. Spherical aggregates of slightly translucent, golden yellow mimetite combine to make a sculptural specimen. It is pristine save only a few tiny tiny dings, and is really in quite good condition considering this was brought out in a pickup truck in 1969!
