This is a large and spectacular Tsumeb calcite specimen out of the notable collection of Uli Bahmann. It has the most unique and gorgeous look to it - mostly due to the truly PEARLY luster of the calcites. What you have is two domes made up of dozens of rhombohedral crystals, to 2.5 cm. The entire surface shimmers like pearl - it actually has a light creamy pearl-like color, too, which does not show up in the pic. This unique specimen from what is probably the #1 worldwide mineral locality is in fabulous condition.
